Instead, I opted to use dairy-free chocolate chips. This ice cream is very creamy. The secret ingredient? Bananas. Not only do they help make the texture perfect, but they are rich in B Vitamins, fiber and potassium. Yep, this dessert is a healthy treat indeed!
Blend on high for several minutes. Place container in the freezer for 30 minutes. Pour ingredients into an ice cream maker and process according to directions (approximately 30 minutes).
