Allergy-Free Wednesdays, Blog Hop Week 4

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW). AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy related topics/issues and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

I am happy to announce that we have a new host joining us every Wednesday, starting this week: Janelle from Gluten Freely Frugal! We are all very excited to have Janelle on board and look forward to the many ideas she will bring to AFW!

We had almost 100 posts linked up last week! I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day and get to enjoy many more healthy, treats this week.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and 5 other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 6 blogs! Each week, we will feature a favorite recipe (or two) from the week before.

Savory: Bok Choy Bell Pepper Stiry-Fry from Wheat Free Meat Free
Bok choy is one of my favorite vegetables. The ingredients in this stir-fry sound delicious.

It was so hard to pick only 3 favorites this week! I guess I was in the mood for chocolate this week. Valentine’s Day can be celebrated all week, right?!
