We made it to the 10th day! Thank you all for joining me as well as participating in this fantastic event created by Linda from Gluten Free Homemaker. I hope you learned some information and tips over the past two weeks.
Today, we are going shopping at the grocery store! As I discussed in Gluten-Free Shopping Day 1, the best bang for your buck (as well as foods that are naturally gluten-free) is in the produce section as well as the perimeter of the grocery store. The inside aisles of a grocery store can be more difficult for a gluten-free shopper. Let’s take it a section at a time.
In each section of the store, I’ve listed some well-known brands to look for when looking for a processed gluten-free item:
Breads:
–Food for Life (some)
Bread Mixes:
–Bob’s Red Mill (some)
–King Arthur Gluten-Free Flour
Cereal:
–Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes
–Barbara’s Bakery (some)
–EnviroKidz (some)
–Ruth’s Chia Goodness Gluten-Free Cereal
Condiments:
–Natural Value Organic Gluten-Free Mustard
Pasta:
–De Boles (some)
Meats and Cold Cuts:
Protein and Snack Bars:
Snack Food:
–Back to Nature Crackers (some)
Stocks:

You listed many of my son’s favorite things. Yummy!
What a great list of non-gluten brands we can trust at the grocery store! It’s good to know that Barbara’s Bakery and Bob’s Red Mill offer a lot of GF products because I love these brands.
It is always good to know what brands are the best to look for. Looks like you have many of the same favorites I have. Thanks for your part in the past 10 days.
Looks like you like the same brands I do.
I knew about Udi’s, but not about Rudi’s. Thanks!
Many of the brands I use are on here. Thanks for the list!
Thanks for all the good brands list. It really helps to know what to look for. There are so many low nutrition / taste foods out there, it’s hard to know what to try! Your advice for these past 10 days has been great!!!
Hi Laura,
You did such an amazing job!!! Really, I’m so proud of you friend. Your posts were incredibly informative, easy to follow and practical. Now, go have a glass of wine and enjoy the rest of your weekend! 🙂
Hugs,
–Amber
Thank you so much for your sweet words Amber. And yes a glass of red wine sounds good right about now!
