Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)!
AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy related topics/issues and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.
This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and 6 other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions are shared on all 7 blogs!
Each week, we feature our 3 favorite recipes from the week before as well as the 3 most popular recipes. We also pin all of the favorites on Pinterest to bring more love to your sites! There were over 120 recipes and posts linked up on our blog party last week!
Your AFW hostesses are:
Adrienne @ Whole New Mom
Amber @ The Tasty Alternative

Hello Allergen Free Wednesday!
Thanks for hosting us Laura!
It’s been a great year for Oregon strawberries and my lavender bush ‘Munstead’ is just beggining to flower heavily – so I thought that you might enjoy this new spin on a very old dish – Lavender Berry Terrine. Its GF, DF & SF!
Best,Dori
@DoriOliver Aren’t fresh strawberries simply divine?! Your terrine sounds amazing Dori-thank you so much for sharing!
Hi Laura–I’m linking up my Coconut Popcorn Shrimp Cakes (or Crumbles) that are gluten free, dairy free, and can made without the egg. I think everyone will enjoy these as cakes or little dollops that become crumbles and have more coconut popcorn shrimp flavor and texture that way.
I see I missed some recipes from last week … like Alea’s Carmelitas and the Peppermint Patties. Must go check out my omissions!
Thanks for hosting!
Shirley
