Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW)!

AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy related topics/issues and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and 6 other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions are shared on all 7 blogs!

Each week, we feature our 3 favorite recipes from the week before as well as the most popular recipe clicked on by our readers. We also pin all of the favorites on Pinterest to bring more love to your sites! 110 recipes were linked up on AFW last week!

Your AFW hostesses are:

I posted my recipe for amazing chocolate or carob pudding. It is top 8 free plus lots more. It really hits the spot when dealing with a chocolate craving, and is safe for all of the allergies in our family (by making the carob version, it is even safe for my daughter’s 20+ food allergies)!

  2. Hi, I’m sharing my fabulous Coconut-Date Chocolate Bonbon recipe. It’s top 8 allergen-free, as well as refined sugar-free. A great chocolatey treat for Halloween or anytime. (I forgot to add the GF, DF, SF, V to the title and couldn’t figure out how to edit it. Could you add that for me?) Thanks for hosting! The recipes there so far look delish!

    • @laura west kong Hey Laura, Your recipe looks incredible. The GF, DF, etc. is just a suggestion-no worries about not having it in the title! I always look forward to your posts!
