Vanilla Pear Protein Power Smoothie (Sugar Free & Vegan)

Vanilla Pear Protein Power Smoothie (Sugar Free & Vegan), gluten free, paleo, doterra

My daughter adores pears. They are her favorite fruits hands down. My son…he can eat strawberries like craaazy.

I created this smoothie to please my pear loving daughter and to make sure everyone in the family gets a good dose of protein and fiber in a smoothie. It’s been hot here and that usually means lots of homemade ice cream, salads and smoothies. I try to pack as much of a nutritional punch in all of those categories as possible :) This smoothie is satisfying, fulfilling and darn good for you. Enjoy Friends!

  1. Hi Laura,

What a great recipe!!! I have never made a smoothie with pears, believe it or not! And I will have to get some of that vanilla protein powder everyone seems to use. I just use good ole hemp powder, but I am very curious about that vanilla variety.

It’s hot here too girl. I hear ya. I’ve been buying 100% juice on sale and making like 12 popsicles at a time. It’s that time of year.

Anyway, stay cool out there and have a great rest of your week.

  2. What a great idea to use a pear to sweeten a smoothie! Its a great way to make it sweet with some extra fiber. :) Thanks for your recipe. I can’t wait to try it.

  3. Wow, this sounds amazing and refreshing! Love the smoothie!

  4. This sounds so refreshing in this heat! I don’t believe I’ve ever put pears in a smoothie, but it sounds so good! What kind of protein powder do you use? My company must have changed its formula because it tastes terrible now! (After ordering 4 bags, ugh!) So I’m on the market for a new brand.

  5. Hi Laura,
What a great smoothie, we will just love it. Hope you have a wonderful week end and thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.
    Come Back Soon!

Would love to know if you have found a Gluten/soy free protein powder that is not processed in a facility with wheat…
