BBQ Cracker Chips (Dairy Free, Grain Free & Paleo)

Serves: Makes about 44 crackers
  • 1¼ cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Mystic Blue BBQ Spice Blend (or BBQ spice blend of your choice)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Lay out a silicone baking mat and dust lightly with almond flour for easier rolling.
  2. Place batter in a ball and roll out with a roller. Using a knife, cut batter into 1 inch squares. Cut into larger triangles for chips. Place cut outs on baking mat. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
