Allergy-Free Wednesdays, Blog Hop Week 3

Hello and welcome to Allergy-Free Wednesdays (AFW). AFW is a weekly blog hop where folks can share their allergy-free cuisine, gain knowledge about allergy related topics/issues and connect with others living or caring for someone with food allergies.

What a great turnout we had last week! There were so many delicious recipes posted here. I am looking forward to seeing what you will share with us this week!

This is a weekly blog hop hosted by myself and 4 other fabulous allergy-free bloggers. Your weekly submissions will be shared on all 5 blogs! Each week, we will feature a favorite recipe (or two) from the week before.

  1. Opps, I forgot to mark what it was. The Shrimp , Zucchini and Snow Peas is GF and DF.

  2. Thanks for featuring my tortillas!

This week, I shared my grain-free Pear, Apple, and Blueberry crisp. It uses my grain-free granola (featured by Amber this week!) which really gives it a crunch as if you were using oats and wheat flour. I top it with french vanilla coconut ice cream!

I also shared a savory recipe: Grain-free Breakfast Pizza

  3. No worries Jen! Thank you for leaving the helpful information.
Danielle, it was my pleasure. I can't wait to check out your fruit crisp and savory breakfast pizza recipes-yum!
