Orange-a-licious Smoothie! (Dairy Free)

This orange smoothie will knock your socks off or as my daughter said (who happens to love the Pinkalicious Book Series) it is Orangealicious! This drink is a healthy alternative to the carrot juices often sold at the grocery stores that are pasteurized and tend to contain artificial colors. It also happens to be incredibly high in Vitamin A  which promotes radiant skin and healthy eyesight.


Note: I use Wild Orange essential oil or liquid orange stevia in this recipe.

Serves: 2
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 very large carrots
  • ⅓ cup raw honey
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 5 drops wild orange essential oil (or orange stevia)
  1. Wash carrots and discard ends of carrots. Add all ingredients to Blender or Vitamix. Blend on high for 1 minute. Serve!

    Oh wow, that is orange-a-licious!  Looks so tasty, Laura.  I really crave citrus, tart, especially orange.  This recipe really looks great to me.  I like that I’m not the only one who makes smoothies in the winter.  I’ve been making them quite a bit.  I just really crave them.  🙂
