Sunbutter Smoothie (Vegan)

This rich smoothie has a mere three ingredients in it, yet is rich and creamy. It is a perfect drink after a workout as it is packed with protein and healthy fats. Sunflowers are an excellent source of Vitamin E.

Add to Vitamix:
2 cups Vanilla Almond milk
1 banana
3 tablespoons Sunbutter

Blend for about 1 minute until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.

If you would like a caffeine kick, you can add 1 tablespoon instant coffee to the smoothie.
